This page explains what happens to the information you submit through Klinpick and how to contact us about it.

What you submit and why
We collect the contact details and consultation preferences you choose to submit so our service team can review and respond to your request.
Campaign parameters in the page link may be recorded to understand where requests came from.
We do not use advertising pixels.
Who can access your request
Contact details and preferences are encrypted in our database.
Access is limited to authenticated administrators.
Clinic sharing requires a separate, clinic-specific permission; this service does not currently transfer records to clinics.
Internal notification messages contain a request reference and an administrator link, without your name, contact details or treatment preferences.
How long we keep it
We retain requests for up to 90 days, then remove them from the active database.
Your questions, corrections and deletion requests
For questions about your data, or to request a correction or deletion, email our team and include your request reference if you have one.
