What you submit and why
We collect the contact details and consultation preferences you submit to handle your request and arrange the next steps for clinic coordination.
Campaign parameters in the page link may be recorded to understand where requests came from.
We do not use advertising pixels.
We keep campaign tags in this browser tab to preserve the source of your request when you read guides or change languages.
We collect daily counts of page views and request steps by campaign, without contact details, treatment preferences or visitor identifiers. Browser measurement respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control.
Who can access your request
Contact details and preferences are encrypted in our database.
Access is limited to authenticated administrators.
Before forwarding your request to a clinic, we will identify the clinic and ask for separate permission.
Operational notifications include the request details you submit so the service can follow up on your request.
How long we keep it
We retain requests for up to 90 days, then remove them from the active database.
Daily measurement counters are retained for up to 30 days.
Your questions, corrections and deletion requests
For questions about your data, or to request a correction or deletion, email our team and include your request reference if you have one.
