Before you begin

Do I need to know which treatment I want?

No. You can start with a general area of interest or choose “I’m exploring.” A qualified clinician should assess your needs and explain suitable options during a consultation.

What happens after I submit?

If a clinic accepts your request, its coordinator contacts you to discuss your questions. A connection and appointment are not guaranteed.

Are flights, hotels, and interpreters included?

You arrange flights and accommodation yourself. We collect your language preference so it can be checked with a clinic. Interpretation availability and any extra cost must be confirmed before booking.

What happens to my information?

AAI Healthcare stores your contact details and preferences to handle your request. Requests are kept for up to 90 days. See the privacy notice for sharing and deletion details.
